Discounts

Single occupancy in a twin or double - 10% discount on room rates when available (seasonal and will vary)

Senior citizen discount is from 3% to 10% off all room stays (dependent on availability of rooms and seasons, will vary)

Please note

Discounts cannot be added together and are considered independent. The discounts cannot be used in conjunction with The Coach House long stay discounts on offer.

Discounts may not be available during certain periods of the year and are always subject to availability and management changes. Discounts are not applicable when booking through 3rd party agencies or online booking.

Additional Extras

Extra breakfasts in the guest house B&B option for outside guests - continental or cooked is £5 per head.

General conditions

All reservations need to be secured through credit card information being submitted at time of the booking confirmation. The card is not charged but used just to secure the room and booking.

The guest house services are available exclusively during your stay. At times certain services may not be available due to 3rd party reasons or other reasons beyond our control. Discounts available with the guest house room card are subject to change and availability, as are all offers and discounts advertised.

Payment for your stay can be made with:

If you are paying with a cheque this needs to be issued and posted to us 1 week before your arrival.

*American Express payments will occur a 4% surcharge. All UK card transactions occur a 2% surcharge. All NON UK card transactions occur a 4% surcharge

Cancellations

• The Coach House cancellation and no show terms and conditions are as below. These apply throughout the year and are subject to change over holiday periods and the like. This may included Christmas, New Year and festivals/events. You will be notified accordingly where possible if this will be the case. If we are able to sell on rooms that are cancelled we will do so where possible and not charge the full room rate where applicable, this does not apply to no shows.
• Up to 21 days before arrival there will be no cancellation charges.
• 21 days to 7 days before the day of arrival incurs 50% of full booking amount.
• 7 days to day of arrival incurs 100% of the booking.
• No show incurs the full amount of the booking.

• Upon confirming a booking the above terms and conditions are considered as a binding contract.
